Title: Encouraging School Engagement

The issue of senior students who lack actively participating in school is one of the major problems that has become increasingly prevalent in our school. With a significant number of seniors not actively participating in school activities, it can create a negative learning environment that affects the motivation and engagement levels of other students.

Aim:

This advocacy aims to at least help encourage senior students to actively participate in every school event and activities since it is crucial for their overall development and growth. Not only does it provide them with leadership opportunities, but it also helps them to build a strong sense of community and school spirit. By participating in school events, seniors can serve as role models for younger students, fostering a positive learning environment for all. 

Objectives:

This may include these objectives in order to achieve the aim of this advocacy :

1. Develop

Developing leadership skills by taking on roles of responsibility in clubs or organizations, we can learn to lead and inspire others. 

2. Enhancing communication skills such as participating in debates, presentations, or other public speaking events that  can help us improve our communication abilities. And since in senior high we have different interests and strengths ;

3. Expanding our knowledge and skills through creating programs, clubs or organizations related to our interests can help us learn new skills and deepen our understanding of the world around us. 

Targets:

1. A senior high school, may be on different kinds of strands

2. Senior students who still lack their self confidence to have engagement in school activities

3. Students who want to enhance their talents and abilities by joining the programs that will soon be implemented.

To successfully succeed, these partners will help me throughout the journey of this advocacy:

1. Teachers who will help me to identify those students who still need assistance. 

2. Principal that will approve each project that will be beneficial for students and for school.

3. Learners Parents who'll give love and support to their child

4. Those Voluntary and NGO members for the upcoming projects and funds to raise.
